The problem is not people- but which people we exempt from the law. If the laws were being equally enforced, both Joe and Hunter would be in jail today.

While there are multiple reasons, some are totally specific and can't really be denied.
Read up- there are lot of people doing hard time in federal prison and who have paid big fines for violation of the law below.
Biden is violating multiple sections of it, in multiple counts, every day. If YOU did it, your indictment would be book length.

There are some laws that presidents and members of congress aren't held accountable to, but most of these are things like speeding tickers; misdemeanors. The violations here are felonies.
I'm sure you have heard of the aggressive pursuit of any company employing illegals? This is the law that is being used.

There is no question that laws are often not enforced for political convenience- but this is a massive violation from the highest office. Presidents and members of congress are not above the laws that you and I must obey. Or at least- they shouldn't be, and it should not be tolerated.
