    I agree it's a possibility. But at 000004%, it has not happened yet. It's not inconvenient. It's reality.
    So maybe 1 of 100,000,000,000 elections could be inflicted. But that is at the school board level. Again, fraud is 0.0000001% or thereabouts.

    Well either he could use them or he's denying those that could to get their votes in?

    I'm not sure how the fraud works because I don't do voter fraud.

    I'd think his chances of getting caught are high. The ballots had barcodes, so they were connected to registered voters. At least one out of three hundred would report a missing ballot. But, yes, without details it's just speculation. From the looks of it, the guy is just an idiot who has no clue what he's doing.

    California allows ballot harvesting. Watch (this will be eerily like the vote totals of states Trump lost by narrow margins) how totals climb and climb and climb in one direction many days after the election is held.

    EDIT: Why is ballot harvesting bad? For one reason, harvested ballots all vote the same way and there is no regulation on how those harvested votes are produced. Now, dem nimnills (a term Mork would use for clueless) would describe the refusal of ballot harvesting as a voting restriction but I'd call preventing ballot harvesting a measure to try to guarantee free and fair elections

    When fraud affects the results of an election that election has been rigged.

    The inconvenient truth: "... not only is the risk of voter fraud real but that it could affect the outcome of a close election." SCOTUS.

    The DP has always been a very anti-democratic party, but many of the worst violations of election law during the last election happened in states with RP legislatures, so the RP may now be as anti-democratic as the DP.

    Of course the hypocrisy of the DP is still a bit more obvious. ;-)

    Trump was as much a threat to the Republican establishment as he was to the Democrats. The entire political class hated him, but it was the reason he was elected in the first place.
