Trump University was also the subject of two class action lawsuits in federal court. The lawsuits centered around allegations that Trump University defrauded its students by using misleading marketing practices and engaging in aggressive sales tactics. The company and the lawsuits against it received renewed interest due to Trump's candidacyin the 2016 presidential election. Despite repeatedly insisting that he would not settle, Trump settled all three lawsuits in November 2016 for a total of $25 million after being elected to the presidency.[4]

Nope, that'd be the person who frauded people of money and then settled the lawsuit by paying out.

She claimed her father's family didn't like her Indian mother. She lied. He actually doesn't owe her a dime.

Not how it works. Often people pay out because litigation is more expensive.

And the topic of this thread isn't Trump University.

I agree with jimmy carter for once

And every day trump defies the media the worse they look

If jeb bush or john kassich were president instead of trump they would have pulled the kavanaugh nomination because of media pressure

But trump didnt budge and that stiffened the resolve of the normally finger-wetting GOP senators

In which case you should HATE your BLOTUS since he is by far the WORST LIAR to ever infest the Oval office in the entire history of this nation.

    Not me!

Your BLOTUS made the bet and he LOST which means that he MUST PAY UP!

But that takes honesty and integrity of which he has none whatsoever.

The nonsensical partisan dissembling was ignored, not the response. Therein lies the distinction!

I suspect that you will be entertained because I am anticipating that at least one of those two will be running in 2020, if not both.

Having alternatives like that might even make me register as a Dem just so that I can vote in the Primaries since my state does not allow Independents to vote for party nominees. Rest assured it will be in name only and it will be renounced shortly thereafter since I value my Independent status.

There is no such thing as "Mexican, Colombian, or Peruvian" DNA. It is either Native American DNA or it is not regardless as to the actual location anywhere on BOTH American continents.

There is no need to interpret what she said. Her words and meaning are quite clear.

    Seriously?

The Trump University SCAM was NOT a fraud perpetrated on everything that he fallaciously claims to be himself?

No US bank will lend him a single dollar because he is a well known SHYSTER with zero credibility.

Starting with the fake orange tan and going all the way down he is a complete and utter fraud in every respect.

Because some of the tribes have lucrative concessions regarding gambling and selling cigarettes without state taxes,
there are people who have some Indian ancestry who try to join "their" tribe, despite not being "culturally" Indian. There are
also some myths about Native Americans being able to go to college for free. But ... the real tribes don't want you.

Also: we're still at the beginning of being able to use DNA to say who your ancestors were. This is improving all the time, but it's pretty
    primitive at the moment.

There are people who begin as "culturally white" who "convert". I have a cousin who has done this -- we're both descendants of Mosholatobee, chief of the Choctaws when Andrew Jackson stole their land. And supposedly he has Mohawk heritage as well. Fairly late in his life, he "became" an Indian -- not for any financial gain directly (although he and his wife make lances and talking sticks which they sell at pow-wows). He's sincere, so far as I can tell. Well, life can be boring ... this is one way to make it exciting. I understand there are people in Germany who do something like this: become "Indians".

I don't know about Elizabeth Warren ... my guess is that she just casually mentioned that she had some Indian ancestry, and some of her race-obsessed supporters grabbed it and ran with it, and then she couldn't say "Don't be silly."

Me, I'm going to have my DNA analyzed, and I hope they tell me I have some Neanderthal genes. Then I'll really be able to play the victim card: YOU HOMO SAPIENS WIPED MY PEOPLE OUT!!!!! I WANT COMPENSATION!!!!

For some sober facts about DNA and Tribal membership, see here.
