Trump, legal team have not yet reached a decision on how to respond to unsealing motion

Former President Trump and his legal team have not yet reached a decision on how to respond to the Justice Department's motion to unseal the warrant used in the Mar-a-Lago search, a source familiar with their thinking tells CNN.

The motion notes that the government favors unsealing it "absent objection from the former president."

The federal court in Florida court must be told by 3 p.m. ET on Friday if Trump opposes the release.​

You don't grasp that they're releasing the thing that Trump says he and his counsel were not provided I see. And that the motion to unseal swears affirmatively that they did in fact provide it to his counsel.

And you decline to explain what a '15%er' is. Interesting.

I have no idea what T**** says about the warrant, but it's almost guaranteed to be a lie since 2 of the counsels said they got the warrant AND the removal list... So he's making himself look stupid.... for a change....

I figure if a MAGA comes up with something new and strange like '15%er', it has something to do with either their brain usage or their support of America....

the thing is that FACTS and logic speaks for itself and is usually rather simple................but when the spin takes control of the narrative........then it is anyone's imagination...........usually not based in reality ................but seems to fit what some WANT to believe. Yep, I've just been wondering how exactly he will ultimately decide to deny the request while trying to turn it back around on DOJ and Democrats. If I were a betting man, I would bet that you're right and the decision will be a "no," however couched it will surely be in absurd lies.

Well, if they oppose the release, then his drones will just parrot whatever his opposition letter says. Though I can't even really imagine there will be anything of substance in it. Probably just more squawking about "witch hunts" without articulating their objection. They've already decided he's a victim. They will make up the rest as they go along.

 

One thing is sure: if Trump objects to the unsealing of the warrant due to "this is a personal matter that doesn't concern the public", all our Cultists clowns on this forum will confirm that they "never asked for the warrant to be made public".
