    How do we know Trump didn't declassify everything in the boxes prior to leaving office? Can Puppet Biden's DOJ prove that he didn't?

    There is a process that requires declassification be tracked. The DOJ would be able to make this determination.

    And what if trump tried to declassify some of our most critical secrets so he could sell them later. Okay with you I guess?

    How far would trump have to go before his supporters would cry foul? How about if he gave the Chinese all of our most secret encryption codes?

    Attempting to prosecute a president for records then seems rather dumb in light of the above. We've learned though that with the Trump hating bureaucrats, desperate times calls for desperate measures.

    They gave it to his lawyers on-site, which is good enough legally.... But if you were them, would YOU show him the warrant?

    The only thing I knew for certain was a sealed warrant does not mean that the person having the warrant served does not get to see it or get a copy. It only means it is not available in the public record.

    FALSE, The judge ruled on the motion from Albany TImes and Judicial watch and has ORDERED the DOJ to either unseal the document by Monday or provide information as to why it shouldn't be unsealed.
    But you keep making up what ever you want.
