I think we can all agree that if Hunter were running for POTUS he probably wouldn't/shouldn't qualify.

    Times a ticking...
The warrant has the basis for the raid. All Trump has to do to prove that he is a unjustified victim is RELEASE THE WARRANT.
The Rule of Law is applicable to All. Even the criminals that whine the loudest.

FBI raids Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home | Miami Herald

    Snip:

"A second source close to the investigation confirmed the FBI executed a search warrant at Mar-a-Lago on Monday. The source said FBI agents obtained a search warrant from a federal magistrate judge in West Palm Beach to gather dozens of boxes containing alleged classified materials that President Trump had taken with him when he left the White House in January 2021.

Federal agents were able to establish probable cause for the warrant because Trump and his lawyers had already turned over some classified documents that had been sought by the National Archives and Records Administration, the source said. Agents suspected that Trump was unlawfully holding other classified documents from his presidency in his private club and residence at Mar-a-Lago, which is the crux of the investigation led by the FBI and Justice Department in Washington, D.C."

Uh oh! Do you forget that Trump was in charge during the 4 years you're referring to. You can be excused for not acknowledging a chaotic administration.

Judge who approved FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago once linked to Jeffrey Epstein

    August 9, 2022 9:34am

    Snip:

"The Florida federal magistrate judge who signed off on a search warrant authorizing the FBI raid of former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort left the local US Attorney’s office more than a decade ago to rep employees of convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

Sources tell The Post that Judge Bruce Reinhart approved the warrant that enabled FBI agents to converge on the palatial South Florida estate on Monday in what Trump called an “unannounced raid on my home.”

Reinhart was elevated to magistrate judge in 2018 after 10 years in private practice.

Months after his appointment, the Miami Herald reported that he had represented several of Epstein’s employees in connection with the sex trafficking investigation against the financier."

I am well aware why HRC wasn't charged. The point was for the poster I was responding to use their brain instead of what they have been told.

I would not suggest standing to close to Trump. This is a predicate to assassination - the last gasp to stop Trump. Trump probably has dirt on the Bidens, the Clintons, Hunter, plus other DNC Russia Hoax actors the FBI doesn’t want falling into the hands of the press.

We have officially gone “Full Banana”.

What values and standards are you specifically referring to? For standards, that can be codified in 5 CFR regulations in which every federal employee from the lowest on the top pole to the Boss of bosses gets a briefing on, along with whatever staff that they may use as well.

Because classified documents have been found in his home at Mar a Lago, the FBI will determine the particulars of where these documents were printed, by whom, and at what date and time. They will also do computer, document, and traditional forenics on those documents. From there, they will begin to ask questions from Trump's former staff in the WH and his current employees in his "office of the 45 President." Eventually, they will ask Trump, with specific questions, and he will need to provide specific answers. After that, then it will be whether or not he was culpable.

No you said there was NO INVESTIGATION of Hillary's Emails. There were several in fact! Doesn't matter who you were talking to, your premise was wrong

Keep that hope alive. How many times have the people voted against him now? Might as well make it a third time.

There is no issue here, Trump broke the law, period. The contents of what he took determines the severity.

It looks like you're unfamiliar with logic. Hoover is no longer with the FBI, or the living.

Well I suggest you transport yourself back to 1978 and make your plea. Until then Trump needs to answer for his transgressions.

Dude . . . we know for a fact already that Trump had documents, including classified documents, that he was not legally allowed to have in his possession. We also know he resisted turning them over for over a year. It wouldn't exactly be a surprise to find out he had still held on to some.
