People who support Ocasio-Cortez and other politicians who are running on the same platform should at least admit that Cortez is not "The future of the Democratic Party" as Tom Perez put it. The woman is a genuine idiot. She goes to Kansas and says she is going to help flip a Republican held seat red, (the candidate she was backing lost in the primary by the way) she claims that unemployment is low because a lot of people work two jobs, and most recently she was in Hawaii, where she was giving an endorsement to a candidate there, Kaniela Ing. Unfortunately for Ing, Ocasio was so pumped at the end of her speech she forgot to introduce the candidate she was there to endorse and just walked off stage. If she is the future of the Democratic Party, I have high hopes for the country. Oh and if you criticize her for any reason or challenge her beliefs you are a sexist.
The majority of candidates running on the Democratic ticket will ignore Cortez. Just as they ignore Perez. They are anomalies and will become irrelevant anomalies as the Democratic party reclaims its roots. Voters will ignore them too and attempts to link either with the Democrats by the GOP will fail.
She is so ignorant, she is the gift that keeps on giving to the republicans. She is in the same class as Pelosi. The more they talk the better it is for republicans.
