I live in Texas. I once watched a person who I knew to be a Mexican citizen vote in a local election. In Texas all you need to do to get a voter registration card is to check the box "U.S. citizen". I approached the election judge and was told that there was no mechanism for an ordinary citizen to challenge the eligibility of another voter.

    Fox News... check.
    Unnamed source.... check.

This is what passes for information in right wing circles. There should be no wonder why we are left with a president trump.

LOL given that you would have had his name on the sign in sheet as voting and that the Republican party had been looking high and low without any luck for proof of illegal votings nationwide for years a call to the local party headquarter should have gotten you onto the Fox network, so I am assuming you are pulling our legs.

No, only the miserable and distraught state of California which like NY is only a good place to live if you have the income to afford the high taxes lol.

Actually, no. Most local voting booths are located in a school, or a cafeteria, etc and are very loosely protected. This is not North Korea(nor do I want it to be.) We wanted laws enforced that were on the books. Unfortunately, we entrusted a kindergarten party with an adult's task lol. And like kids, they decided to say 'we don't wanna'.

    Enter in Donald Trump.

All it takes it a call to 911 and a police officer will be there to investigate.

    Thanks for proving my point.

    Have a nice day!

Q.1 for O'Reilly gullibles: "I probably arrested more than 1,000 illegal aliens in my career and I routinely encountered people who were in possession of voter registration cards. And as a part of my interview of them when they were arrested, I would ask them, "Do you or have you voted?' and often, I would get the answer 'yes.'"

Does this make sense to you? That people - illegals, mind you - are "routinely" carrying around voter registration cards in their wallet (how many people in general do that?) -- and that a person would admit to a felony when asked?

Q 2. Within short order, that admittance to felony could be verified, don't you think?

Q 3. When a person is arrested, their is an inventory of what is in their possession. So that card would be confiscated and part of the record of proof of another crime. What? The ICE agent only thought of this after he left his job to announce this? If he saw all of this happening, there should be ICE agents coming out of the woodwork, saying the same thing. And all those GOP govs in states that tried (much in vain) to prove in court there was this "widespread" abuse would have some backup with this information. Sadly, when trying to prove it, they come up with a paltry few here and there.

    Curious, isn't it?

I have voted in every election in my state for over 30 years. There is always at least one police officer present.

Extremely odd that when the Republicans were desperate to prove that voter fraud was actually happening not a single ICE agent ever stepped forward with this "evidence".

Read the law.. You have to prove you are a US citizen to register to vote.. Pick a state, any state.

Well if California isn't going to play by the rules, then they shouldn't be allowed to participate in Presidential elections. Otherwise it'd be like inviting someone with Aids, bed bugs, lice, and pneumonia, to a health summit or into your home.
