The lawsuit did not fail. There was a settlement. The feds considered it a win. We learned many things from the employees, this was again corroborated by WaPo. 98%~ of these types of cases are settled, guilty or not.

Trump objectively did not really win or lose. He tried for years, but eventually had to settle. This is legally not a win. I never stated he lost the lawsuit or that he had to confess. He had to settle and require special discrimination safeguards at his locations after years of fighting. The interviews that came out painted a very clear picture, and were corroborated.

Mind you, this was your first post. We still haven't gotten past it. The law suits were not fake. I did not say he lost them. I never said he admitted to anything wrong. I'm well educated. Most of these types of lawsuits end in settlements. That has no bearing on innocence or guilt. I'm using the evidence and facts collected from them to support the theory he is a racist, on top of the long list provided by the OP. In future threads concerning Trump being a racist, I will continue to link to this federal lawsuit. The facts concerning it will continue to be damning.

Sure there are gay communities, Palm Springs is one of them. There are even gay cruises and I've heard of gay apartment buildings. Three Muslim students moved in across the street from me, 2 Saudis and a Kuwaiti, but I wouldn't call that a community. A black or gay or whatever community is where most of the people are of the same kind and where others like them gravitate to. When I lived in CA, Mexican communities were quite common. If you moved to Japan or Italy or wherever, would you most likely gravitate to areas populated with Americans if they existed?
