I just saw a report on NBC that said the crushed Tylenol that was placed in the letter could earn the Three Stooges yet another federal charge. Evidently, sending a non-toxic substance through the mail with the deliberate intent to making the recipient think they received a toxic substance is an offense, and I wouldn't be surprised if that act constitutes multiple offenses.
