    Then instead of saying crazy legal phrases like, "prove their case by a preponderance of the evidence," we should say "prove their case by a preponderance of the proof?"

    It's getting old. The vile **** sucking attention whores that make false allegations and besmirch the valid actual complaints of racism should be the first targets of the people that have to really deal with racism or sexual assault or any other type of abusive incident. It's strange how those same people whose valid claims are being diluted because of some lying ******* that wants attention actually back the ones that are screwing them over.

    Police said they have tracked Smollett's movements that night. They confirmed video shows Smollett walking across the street from the two possible persons of interest. Police said in the video he walks out of frame for about a minute and reappears on another camera "wearing a rope like a neck tie."
