when renting in most cases someone else has a key to the locks (besides just you), you also have to worry about every person in a apartment building starting a fire in the kitchen as it could effect you too

biggest advantage is with renting the rent goes up annually where owning it is always the same and eventually it will be a smaller percentage of your paycheck..take my first house it coast just 40,000 now it is worth 850,000 and is paid for..i can live there rent free forever if i wanted to..

renters insurance doesn't protect you from the inconvenience a neighbor can cause, but it does help you replace your stuff later

because with current cause inflation overspending commies in power you get free money when inflation drives up the price

the problem is every now knows this so price sky high esp due to bs like rich dad book

basically housing is overrgulated so it can't be commodified so its a false store of value and price way way over value and this little game is not poisoned because investor goons and house producers so massively overprice the house to start with

housing like medical and legal is overregulated and thus massive prices due to governmetn blocking a real market
and massive restrictions in form of regulations to block anyone from innovating and lowering prices

i mean withouthousing regulations we all be millionaires because 8000 sq foot concrete house be like 5,000$ like pc in computer markket but crony commy banks(remember financial system nationalziaed in 1913 with creation of fed) and other crony commies want housing to be a money maker so get liek medical huge unproductive but huge priced good

You really don't understand. You are paying for all of those things in your rental payment.

The landlord's interest is included in the rent you pay.

It isn't necessarily, but you can't live in the mutual fund, and you have to live somewhere.

I'll rent you one of my places if you like.

When you decide to leave, I'll still own it... and I'll probably still have a good portion of your money too.
