it's usually illegal, and that gunman who massacred those Muslims in New Zealand used FB as his platform.
They just don't want to be associated with that, and people who support it.
It doesn't fit in their PR strategy.

Don't like it -> go and get your own platform.
This forum doesn't want that hate as well.

Under federal law, you can hang that sign up, however you cannot legally refuse services on the basis of ethnicity, gender, or religion. There is an exception for businesses that are membership based(such as a country club), however such businesses are not classified as places of public accommodation. A business of "public accommodation" is a business that offers goods and services to the general public

Facebook is a private enterprise; it can ban whomever it wishes, for whatever it wishes.

But I wonder, would they ban a social warrior espousing hate against the white man for destroying Indian way of life; or a Progressive proselyting with putrid poison the evil injustice of rewards for the good, while the helplessly bad have holes in their socks, urine stains on their pants, and nothing but drugs and alcohol in their bellies? I suspect not.

Anyone is free to get a soapbox and megaphone, stand on a street corner, and yell into a crowd or the wind. That's free speech. They do not have the right to expect anyone to provide them a platform. Facebook is a platform. So is this forum.

from what I've noticed PF is rather unbias with their enforcement unlike FB and Twitter
I have no problem with rules on social media pages its there company their right to set forth rules to use their service but once those rules are applied with bias prejudice and discrimination is when we have a problem
and please don't be insulting and foolish to claim their isn't a bias with FB or Twitter it would be the same as claiming the earth is flat

I do agree with you. Ted Nugent certainly is a disgusting human being who's one major accomplishment in life is his ability to exist void of any redeeming qualities whatsoever.

In actual fact, you can refuse service to anyone, for any reason. And since you are not obliged to give a reason for so doing, this law is a joke.
The ONLY circumstances in which the law would prevail is if the business owner were stupid enough to actually volunteer the reason. And I mean, who does that? So yeah, it's a joke.

You're a big fan of censoring other people and controlling what people see and hear. You make no secret of it. I find your beliefs to be fundamentally unamerican.

Another "liberal" who wants to control what people say, see, and hear. Can't just let people decide for themselves. Enlightened "liberals" like you have to make sure everyone is getting the "right" information.

It's true. Tech companies like Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube are under no obligation to promote genuine free speech on their platforms. They have every right to be as censorial and stuffy as they like. Clearly, many "liberals" would like to turn those social media platforms into nothing but liberal echo chambers. And the big tech companies have every right to oblige these whiny liberals.

You have misjudged me. I do not support coercing anyone to do anything, be it a local school bully, a bar brute, a sadistic state trooper, or an immoral, unholy, sacrilegious bureaucrat brat.

I'm not usually for creating protected classes of people but in this day and age and they way liberals have set the rules
we seriously need to consider making ones political ideology a protected class like we do with religion
If we can force a baker to go against their religious beliefs to bake a wedding cake for a gay marriage dam right a business shouldn't be allowed to refuse service based on ones political ideology

Outrageous censorship, that I hope the DOJ goes after. In what way are any of those dangerous? You can make a case for Farrakhan, but I don't think he should be banned either.

Of course they don't want to publicly speak against the Nazis. Regardless of whether or not they will admit it, the ult-right White Supremacist, Skinhead, Nazis are a part of Trumps "base". 2020 is right around the corner and they can't afford to lose any support at this point.

Honestly, I could not care less who else they ban.

Like you said, they are a "private" enterprise (they can do what they want).

I am just glad that they are getting rid of those ludicrous RW Fever Swamp Troll sites (that have nothing to offer but mind-numbing conspiracies that nobody takes seriously).

Speak for yourself. I am a progressive thinking liberal Democrat and I condemn violence in all forms, as well as all racism, bigotry and other hate speech. You have absolutely no insight into others, do you. I'm thinking you are one of those close minded individuals who judge people in groups by their ethnicity, religion, political affiliation, etc. Btw, your assumptions are wrong, but you are probably used to that.
