I thought it was a lie because he insinuated that the plant fell under Obama's Watch. But the factory had already filed the papers to go under before he gave that speech and it went under before Obama took office. Obviously the government didn't help them through the transition and they went belly up before help could arrive. More proof of what happens to struggling small business under republican care(Not my real belief just demonstration of what spin can mean to a fact)
