    There haven’t been any new facts. The BLM riots did infinitely more damage and causes more injuries death and destruction than a couple hours of people mostly wandering around with cell phones. If the BLM riots were mostly peaceful 1/6 certainly was since the only violence occurred during a brief part of the 2 hrs some idiots breached the capital….many welcomed in by the police.

    I wonder if he will have to do jail time? I assume that the insurance company will try to recover their payout but I am not sure if there is any legal recourse for the people that donated $17,000 via the two go-fund-me campaigns.

    This is bit of a tangent question but does anyone know why it seems like only the husband is charged in cases like this. Maybe it is just me, but for us my wife's name is on the house and insurance documents. Is it because the Molla's only has the husband's name on these documents. Shouldn't she be charged with fraud too?
