    Hard to say? It's evident.

    The cops here acted upon impulse. Killed a man.

    What exigent issues? They didn't exist! Minimal professional action /question would have stopped this before it ever happened.

    Punish bad behavior!

    Ok so what is the whole story? Because Mom is saying they said nothing, PD is saying they did? So which one is the case here? As for as exigent issues go did you not see the part where it came in as hostage situation????

    In case you aren't aware, it works the opposite. Show us the law that requires compliance to all orders. There was a time, and this still exists in a free society, where one had the common law right to resist rather than immediately comply. Totalitarians like you believe the state is always in the right to order people about and, sadly, liberty has been washed away in favor of a police state.

    What makes more sense; the police coming up and blasting someone w/o any reason what so ever, or the police saying put your hands up, and the person not doing that and getting shot?
