This commentary is another pitiful dodge to what I actually posted:
That's Trump discrediting Comey's contemporaneous witnesses to obstruction of justice.........that's the part re corrupt abuse of power, another article of impeachment. You need to start with why Trump needs to discredit these national security patriots. It's because he knows what they have found and are still going to find.

Trump discredited Comey long before obstruction became a topic. "Nut-job" Jim Comey sound like a term of respect? :roflol: Trump didn't direct Comey to go all rogue, defy authority, and act insubordinately during the course of the Clinton investigation. See, the Clinton investigation is what Horowitz focused on. Later, it certaily wasn't by Trump's direction that Comey leaked his secret, classified memos to media. Ironic as Comey insisted that simply telling media that Trump himself wasn't a "subject" was forbidden by the "FBI code of honor". :roflol:

I really hope they appoint a 2nd Special Council. I want to see all of this corruption exposed.

Trump is projecting his guilt and crimes onto others before he himself is exposed........this is known as bringing them down to his level, adding confusion and accusing them of his crimes to draw a "moral/character" equivalence. Only his base continues to fail for this nonsense and it's echoed (and visa versa) by RU propaganda arms and RW profit centers.

Strzok's guilt and misdeeds have nothing to do with Trump except to the extent Strzok politicized and improperly used his position
to fix the case against Hillary Clinton and manufacture a justification for removing President Trump from his legally attained office.

Attempts to make seditionists like Strzok and Brennan victims are understood to be absurd and desperate.

Sen Linsay Graham has requested one be appointed. Sessions, pressured before ... feels US Attorney Huber can handle the investigation. I hope Sessions hasn't misplaced his confidence.

I think they are nervous about appointing this council because the amount of corruption and how high it goes could very well lead to civil unrest. Can you imagine if Obama was indicted? But one should be appointed and no matter how high it goes, I just want it cleaned up.

There is no context that saves you. You claimed intent was required. I proved with your own link it specifically says it is not. Now either quote something that supports you or just admit you were wrong.

The "nuh uh" argument doesn't work.

    Err, huh?

Quote the post where I stated that "intent to harm the US" was required. I stated that intent was required, as it pertains to the sharing of classified information. And I am correct.

Meanwhile, you seem to have adopted the Trump tactic of deny, deny and deny again when you're plainly wrong. Interesting.

FISA reform got kicked down the road because of the partisan distractions of "Russiagate". Without reform, congressional oversight, now being fought tooth & nail, become even more essential. Purging the abusers is a good begining, but the potential for abuse remains. Congress has to re-establish it's unquestionable authority to conduct oversight. (D)'s by not joining (R)'s calls for Mueller to piss or get off the pot will be Obama's undoing. The longer the probes drag on, the more the abuses become clear.

    What crimes?
Gonna get some evidence soon, or just continue to shoot wads into your own hand?

Intent to share? Like when you hit send?

It's not Comey's job to decide intent, it's the jury's

Was Hillary's basement on an unsecure internet server the "proper place of custody" for classified material?

Was she grossly negligent in letting it get on the server?

Find a case in which a court has determined that this, standing alone, is a violation of the Espionage Act.

    Hint: You won't.

In the meantime, keep thrashing around; I find it amusing and entertaining.

Trump did that after the meeting with Russia.
So it was a lucky guess that it was Russia who hacked the dnc and a lucky guess that Russia planned to help trump?
So Simpson and Natalia were working for Russia against Maginstsku while also framing Russia for a hack that they actually were behind?
This gets stupider the more you try to explain it lol

Nice dodge to the question, was Hillary's basement on an unsecure internet connected a "proper place of custody" for classified material. Hint: David Patraeus brought home 3 ring binders with classified material and was prosecuted. 3 Ring binders can't be hacked.

His instructions are to investigate the Trump campaign only. I even posted Rosenstein's directive to Mueller.

That's true. There are some who call themselves Republicans who are long time swamp dwellers. James Comey would be one of them.

You could make a career out of missing the point.

Hint: Patraeus shared classified information during "pillow talk" to a woman who had no legal access to it. Focus on the intentional "sharing" part, my friend.

Paula Broadwell had a secret or top secret clearance at the time she viewed the documents.

Sure it does. FBI: Russia hacked your computers Hillary. Hillary: How do we blame Trump? Doesn't really get any simpler. Especially when Halper has already duped, or recruited Yates & Comey into investigating Flynn for colluding with Lokhova ... his interpreter.

So Hillary just guessed that Russia would support and help trump?
    Man she’s psychic!
