Section f has been posted. Are you missing subsection 1 in F?

    1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed,

Gross negligence does not require intent.

It's not for Horowitz to decide ... congress decided Hillary committed perjury. Or is it congress decided Hillary committed perjury and Horowitz exonerated her? See ... that's pretzel logic ... duplicity. Enjoy that. ::):

The DOJ decides criminal matters for everyone but the president.

That fact that she had a private server installed and was using it for governmental use was intent. Try to keep up.

I'm a lawyer, I can decide for myself whether or not I think she violated the statute. If she's got a problem with it, she can sue me for defamation. How about that?

Are you trying to say the very person responsible for classifying information at the state department didn't know her basement on an internet connected server wasn't a proper place of custody for classified material?

This guy found out in a big hurry.

And the members of the ATF who burned a bunch of kids to death at Waco were never prosecuted.

People get away with **** all the time, particularly powerful well connected rich people who just might've been president.

I wonder if any of my friends that support Obama are upset that he lied about learning about Clinton's email server via news reports?

His dishonesty, might have cost her the election. Had he been up front, and not attempted to cover it up, or at least cover his behind, this might have gone away.

You don't think Clinton's illegal email server and the lies about it had an impact on voters? Wow.

She paid for the Russian dossier along with the DNC. It was the reason that Obama gave them orders NOT to prosecute her. If they did, it would be found out that Obama communicated with her on her little server even as it was being hacked by foreign intel. Remember, he lied and said he knew nothing about it, but he did. If she were prosecuted, who would run against Trump and Obama feared losing his "legacy". But they were counting on her WINNiNG and then all of this would be hidden forever. Part 2 started when Trump won. They were going to accuse him and his team of colluding with Russians with the help of the weaponized DOJ and weaponized FBI. Their credo: win by any means necessary. Now their plot is beginning to unravel BIGTIME. They should revisit Benghazi because that was on Hills and Obama too and now we know that everyone on Obama's team had no morals, scruples or values. They let them die and we STILL don't know where Obama was that night. It will takes YEARS to uncover all the dirty Obama dealings, but eventually they will come out. This is what Democrats do...Tip of the iceberg...

Yes a massive plot. Made easier by the trump team hiring a bunch of Russian loving felons, lying about their contacts with Russia and trump defending putin at every turn.

That means just having classified material on his home computer was a felony. We haven't even touched on eMails to Huma that ended up on Weiner's laptop.

Just remember----NO COLLUSION, but plenty on the other side...the rest of what you wrote is fake news...but remember when Obama chided Romney for saying that Russia was our biggest geopolitical foe and Obama said that the 80's were over. Then Biden chimed in along with other Dems. Or when Obama was caught on a mike telling Medvedev that he would be "more flexible" after the election? Obviously Obama liked the Russians and Putin...
Obama's presidency was the most corrupt with Clinton's a close second...and whether you like it or not, Democrats did this. They plotted and schemed to get rid of a sitting president. To me, that is treason---to Democrats it's just another day at the office. Those guilty, and there are a lot) need to be incarcerated...

Why are Democrats still defending what they did? Are they THAT brainwashed? Deprogramming is a good thing.

Sad you’re more bothered by a counter Intel invesigation by law enforcement than you are by Russian crimes. But hey those crimes helped your guy, so no problem right?

It was rigged and we all know it. We'll see what the IG turns up later in the next 2-3 months and what Barr does.
