Someone who was outside the room said they heard Scalia and Thomas talking about former cases and were ready to discuss it when Roberts began screaming at them that if they take the case there will be riots. I know that Kavanaugh went along with Roberts, but I don't know about the others.

The Attorney Lynn Wood said he has a recording of the call between Roberts and another lawyer. In it Roberts said that he will see to it that Trump does not become President.

Normally a judge will excuse himself if he feels he is prejudiced towards a case. Lynn Wood believes Roberts was compromised and suspects it had to do with Epstein. Of course we don't know, but what I do know is that it was a Constitutional issue, and it should have been settled by the Supreme Court.

And yet we saw on Youtube witnesses and the affidavits being presented in front of the legislators of the States in question - and there were thousands of affidavits. This means the judges are either lying and didn't want to try the cases out of cowardice, or the affidavits were deliberately not shown to the judges so the cases could be fast forwarded to the Supreme Court. It has to be one or the other.

As for the threats, they were non ending. And not just against a person's livelihood the way the Democrats are now doing towards anyone who opposed them, but also against their children and families. One witness said her whole life was ruined because of it.

Are you aware that Scalia died in February 2016? Kavanaugh and Scalia were never on the bench at the same time. Woods should release the tape. Epstein's case, I believe, was a New York State case. Want to have another go at your credibility?

 

Geez! I don't know where to begin? I did watch Rudy and someone who claimed to be a witness testify to a State Legislative Committee investigating the election complaints. The "witness" broke down screaming at the Committee when she was questioned. They may have claimed thousands of affidavits, but don't remember seeing any. I don't believe I saw any in court cases...it doesn't work in the real world like Judge Judy.

Not necessarily. Most Court activities are procedural and don't involve a trial. And, many indictments are resolved through plea bargaining. Get a book that describes how the judicial system works...search for one that just describes how it works...without criticisms or praise and as objective as possible. Of course a judge is present in all trials, but that's not all they do...they approve motions from both sides, oversee discovery activities, issue warrants, determine bails, etc., etc. Plus a judge calls and oversees all Grand Juries.

 

I don't know all the judges. The only other name that sounds familiar to me other than Thomas is Alito, so maybe it was Alito and Thomas that were discussing the case. I know though that Kavanaugh went along with Roberts.

As for Epstein, he used his Lolita Express to blackmail foreign dignitaries for the CIA and Mossad. So why wouldn't he use it to blackmail domestic politicians and judges as well?

 

Sorry...don't know much about Epstein's case, other than he had a U.S. attorney in Florida cut a good deal for him. Based on the little I know, however, I do think it probable that he was murdered by someone, or be bribed people to allow his own suicide.
