It's hard to even see what kind of crime was supposedly committed. At best it would mean that Biden lied about talking to his son about his Ukraine business dealings. I could see it being a congressional investigation . . . but why would the FBI investigate (and, clearly, they haven't said they are)?

No, I look at every separate issue separately, like most critical thinkers tend to do. That's what I've always done, since 2016. If any impassioned defense of Donald Trump, it was the ruinous response to and destruction of the federal government in the name of the resistance. Thanks so much for that, it will last far beyond his Presidency which may end in either a few weeks or four years. The Biden Administration has no standing, once it takes a position that is even moderately close to Trump's, all bets will be off. And Trump supporters generally weren't in his corner to begin with. It's the same thing with the "he attacked the institutions". No, they attacked themselves. They could've told me/us the truth, they chose not to. They could've been accountable, they were not. Their actions could have been in line with the rest of us, they weren't. And so the only consequence, as Mr. Gowdy pointed out is if I can ridicule them for all that they are, and dismiss their moral superiority complex. The only way they can retain this value is to act truthfully. Until then, people like me "discredit" the institutions, whom in reality discredited themselves. It is in essence, their original sin(to use christian biblical terms). So, good luck on their part to get me to believe faithfully in them. I will abide the law, what I won't do is give them satisfaction.
