There is evidence that he was coerced. That is a fact. An undisputable one. One backed up by documents from the people involved. That you think he wouldn't give in to coercing because you haven't "a zillion times" is irrelevant to whether or not Flynn was coerced into pleading guilty. You are not him. Stop treating him like you claim yourself to be.

 

Jolly good except for just itty bitty thaing. Flynn swore to the Judge there was NO coercion. That is fact. It is his sworn testimony.

(To clear up any misunderstanding. I personally have never ever been coerced.)

 

You might be correct. Often a defendant is not under oath in a court as in some or most cases a defendant does not have to testify and in most cases enters a plea without being under oath. If he enters a plea and later recants he cannot be charged with perjury or contempt, however.

 

Supposedly Flynn spent $6.7million to defend himself from this political persecution.

He should get every penny back; plus damages. Restitution come directly out of the pockets of those individuals who persecuted him.
