    Disturbing -
Not sure what other parts there were but this part should have been upheld... which is not about telling a private entity what to say or how to say it. .. pathetic summary if nothing else . not addressing the issue .. and if this is not one of the "Minor Exceptions" .. what is ?

This is a nasty day for free speech .. liberty .. another win for authoritarianism and State Sponsored Propaganda.

Notice how there were many on the Left singing a very different tune when it was believed Musk was going to buy Twitter and open it up to free speech.

Unfortunately, there are many of the Left that do not have any principles and will support any position or logic that they believe will help further the overall agenda. "Means justify the ends" Utilitarianism.

If they reverse positions, the old position will be tossed down the memory hole, very Orwellian. The public have short memories, most cannot even remember what one side was arguing for five or six years ago.

I've often thought there is a need to archive old news stories and opinion pieces, to be able to reveal the hypocrisy later.

Trump went beyond voicing an opinion and telling people what he thought, especially considering his power and influence at the time.

I’m well aware, and I don’t agree with what he said, or the actions of those who stormed the capital, but I still defend his right to say whatever he chooses. I don’t believe in silencing those who you do not agree with, or silencing them because something might happen as a result. Hold those who actually committed the crime accountable.
