Flynn, Comey, and Mueller: What Trump Knew and When He Knew It

So you believe Trump when he says Comey should hope there are no tapes. Thinking he has Tapes. But don't want to believe Trump when he says there are no tapes. Even up til this day wherein no tapes have been found, huh?

 

Comey in front of congress said he didn't feel pressured. Does that matter, or not? Just wondering. Of course Comey could have lied about that, to congress early on. But then you would have to discount all that Comey has said, for or against trump, right? I mean, if you lie to congress, you can't be trusted to tell the truth at all. At least that is the way I have operated in my own daily existence. Once you lie to me, it takes away any trust I might have had in a person. So anything you tell me after that, I must run through that part of critical thinking.

You know, I occurred to me recently that not only does trump lie, as most politicians do, but he is also a thief. Guilty of thievery. Why would I voice this? Well, he has stolen from his haters, the ability to think critically. And what a theft that is!! Something that we must have for basic survival, he has stolen from perhaps a hundred million or more americans. I could lay all of the blame on him, for being such a thief, but should we blame him, or should we blame those who of their own free will, punted their critical thinking skills out of the end zone? Something to think about.

Yes Trump brought up tapes.....And????? So which is it then. Trump has tapes or doesn't have tapes. Which still doesn't lead to obstruction. So deflecting to the tapes wont help the leftness.

 

If it is no big deal, why has trump been denying that he knew for more than a year... Giuliani continues to tell that “he did not know” story in recent interviews. And, btw, I am wondering... what are the implications of giuliani lying “if” we can presume that he speaks for the president? Is this a way that trump can continue to misrepresent while maintaining deniability?

I am no lawyer, but if you fire someone after such an ignored request....it seems hard to ignore that the request was not so meek

 

There was no pressure. Comey himself stated as much. Saying “I hope you can let this go,” isn't pressure.

 

If you threaten to fire if your request isn't met, it's obstruction even if you don't fire the person, if you just ask nicely, it isn't obstruction regardless of what happens next. The law I quoted is quite clear and unambiguous.

 

If that is the case, I expect that will be what mueller reports

Judge Ellis has yet to rule on the defense motion to dismiss charges ... I'm thinking Paulie's problems are NY Yankee tickets, and maybe fudged loan applications. Ellis can always give Paulie probation. Seems equitable since that's what Paulie's co-defendant is getting. But yeah, tomorrow Trump's going down ...
