the issue is conflating(aka twisting) the terminology of 'sex'... in terms of biology there are only two forms, the third being a mutation... in terms of desire there is a full spectrum of which i won't go into...

desire: the conscience impulse towards something gratifying... iow, a feeling, a thought...

impulse: a propensity or natural tendency usually other than rational

Maybe Carlos is concerned about the well being of guavaboy. And you're interference is an obsession in itself.

I'm an old gay man who well remembers so-called Christian American hate. Guavaboy is just one among many people who would like to see me dead. He's in good company and probably laughed to see how Isis treats gay people. Clearly my enemy.

Oh, an anti discrimination law. You are against laws that seek to prevent discrimination?

The New York City Human Rights Law (“NYCHRL”) prohibits discrimination in employment, public accommodations, and housing. It also prohibits discriminatory harassment and bias-based profiling by law enforcement.
    ...
    Examples of Violations

    • Repeatedly assigning an individual to work the least desirable shifts contrary to the normal practice of rotating those shifts equally among staff after the individual makes an internal complaint of discrimination.
    • Demoting or firing an individual who has filed a complaint with the Commission or has filed their own case in civil court.
    • Failing to grant accommodations for an individual otherwise not required under the law but that are routinely provided by the employer after the individual was interviewed as a witness in a coworker’s case alleging discrimination.
    • Refusing to advance a program participant to the next stage of the program despite their successful completion of the previous stage because the participant raised concerns about unequal treatment.
    • ...

Discrimination is the *action* of unfairly disadvantaging someone because of his sexual orientation.

Not referring to someone by the pronouns he wants is speech, and is protected, thankfully so.

Yet another person who doesn't understand the difference between speech and actions.

There's nothing I enjoy more than seeing people who try to smear you as an extremist and by doing so reveal their own extremist views for everyone to see.

Yeah bud, the OP wants you to die a horrible death just for being gay, as he clearly demonstrated in this thread by hurting your feelings.

Christian conservatives hate ISIS and want to see them destroyed, but he's clearly an ISIS supporter for some reason, that makes perfect sense.

Yeaaaaah doesnt work that way unless youre bi. Lol maybe he’s bi ??‍♂️. Str8 dudes no matter what wont be attracted to other dudes, and gay dudes wont be attracted to woman. The biology wont let it.
    • No such thing as bi. As Andrew Dice Clay once said, "Either you soak cork, or you don't soak cork. There's no in between!"

stop the twist and deflection... we 're debating being fined (legislated) to use pronouns for feelings sake... lets see if these laws protect someone whom wants to be referred to as a 'non-gendered vagg boy' as there salutation/pronoun & have it on their business cards... the company could be fined up to 250K for not complying with their feelings and worse if they fired them...

again, these laws only protect some, not all feelings so why is it acceptable to be champion of only some people's feelings while rejecting other peoples feelings... laws aren't supposed to discriminate but they actually do...

it's best to just point & say "yo, you" when talkin to anyone cause i ain't gonna try to remember everyone's preferred identity of the moment...

    Part of the law.

    Blatant deflection, already addressed above.

That's not the part of the law we're talking about, we're talking about the part of this law that regulates speech.

And your side has already expressed full support for these speech restrictions.

Your turn. For it or against it?

LOL, I'm sure you know about the COTUS more than Scalia. He put it well, with that decision we have lost the ability to govern ourselves. The real ones letting personal bias override the COTUS were the five majority. The majority opinion said those opposed to gay marriage have a right to continue to advocate against it, it is hardly bigotry.

here's an idea... legislate pronoun tags that must be worn by those that will be offended by being called something different... i'll go along with that... no pronoun tag means you're fair game to be called sir or ma'am ...

No. Just tell people what you want to be called. The law allows for an honest mistake.

His wife didn't want to be married to someone dishonestly pretending to like women, who was promiscuous with men. Crazy, huh? His parents have nothing to do with him now and disinherited him, I don't agree with that, but then, the same has happened to those who converted to Christianity.

    How is it a twist.

Gender Identity/Gender Expression: Legal Enforcement Guidance
    VIEW AS PDF

New York City Commission on Human Rights Legal Enforcement Guidance on Discrimination on the Basis of Gender Identity or Expression: Local Law No. 3 (2002); N.Y.C. Admin. Code § 8-102(23)

    INDEX

    I. LEGISLATIVE INTENT

In 2002, the New York City Council passed the Transgender Rights Bill to expand the scope of the gender-based protections guaranteed under the NYCHRL, and ensure protection for people whose “gender and self-image do not fully accord with the legal sex assigned to them at birth.” 3 The City’s intent in amending the law was to make explicit that the law prohibits discrimination against transgender people.

BTW - You live in NYC?
