Fox News Lies AGAIN. Posting Facebook Page And Photos That Are NOT The CT Shooter.

looks like it was his younger brother that was the shooter, also sounds like the shooter killed their mom (a school teacher there?) too

his girlfriend and a friend are said to be missing too.. hopefully they are ok

I initially thought that he killed his Mom at the school, which unfortunately seemed the sad excuse for why the gunman was there. His Mom was the target, and then he chose to go more berserk while there, killing little kids, before killing himself.

Unfortunately, it seems that he killed his Mom first, at home. Then made a choice to exact more evil by going to her school, cementing-in some mindless act of horror. It made twisted sense in my first assumption, that he chose to target all when killing his Mom. But the truth seems even more demonic.

Reports are that most neighbors saw him as mentally different prior. It may be that, just as with Aurora, he had been identified by professionals as unstable already.

 

I know, it just doesn't make any sense, there doesn't even seem to be any "crazy" logic to it if that makes sense

 

So then which is Fox "News"? A lie or a mistake?

 

The cops said it was Ryan Lanza first because thats the I.D. they found on the body of the shooter. ABC,NBC,CNN and every other media outlet went with that story.

it was on all media outlets, so why is Fox being singled out??? oh i forgot, any reason to turn this into a political hacing job to feed your pathetic agenda to blame the right in some way over this is all that matters.

Well. I posted this in another thread, as I had listened to Charles Krauthammer explain the evil.

For whatever reason, he went berserk on his Mom. Shot her in the face in their home. But that was not enough anger exacted on his Mom. He then had to destroy what was precious to her. Her coworkers, and her young students. Then, after he had exacted full revenge, he took himself out.

 

No, and I think you should wait until there is more information in before jumping to conclusions. I just listened to the ABC evening news and they said police originally believed it was the brother that did the shooting. So it would look like Fox got their information from them. But of course we know how much the Left hates Fox and wants to find anything they can to discredit them.

 

Anyone care to take bets on whether the OP will return and retract his claim that this was a lie ?

 

CNN initially reported this, and it due to police sources giving them the name.

FOX News may be the opposite of the fair and balanced motto they spew forth, but they are not responsible for things they simply did not do, nor are they any more responsible for reporting this than any of the other news agencies that ran with what was, at the time, credible information.

 

Law enforcement initially ID'd the shooter as the older brother. CNN et al only reported what they were told by LEO.

 

Fox was the only one gung-ho with the story. They went completely over the top by putting up the wrong person's photo right on their homepage and even as far as posting their facebook.

It's one thing for someone to state to the extent "initial reports are saying the shooter is,.." VS what fox did by going completely over the top without waiting to make sure what they were going to "report" was 100% accurate.

Fox F'ed up and owes the gentleman a HUGE apology,.....

Come off with it. This was a huge story and the station with the most information is going to get watched. They got the name from the police and went to find his picture which you know everyone wanted to know what he looked like. Get off this Fox bashing for trying to do their job.

 

Fox did do their job by spreading BS and slandering an innocent man.

Fox reported what the police told them. It would seem most of the other stations did too. Only Fox looked his picture up.

 

I first saw the picture on a Connecticut News website.

You want to talk about lies. Here is one MSNBC showed when Obama was here in Phoenix. They tried to pass off a Black man carrying a rifle and gun as a White man. They did it buy shooting the video so that no skin or hair was shown.
