    The only criteria for being a Christian is claiming you are a Christian. And as for actions, I find that many Christians act contrary to their supposed beliefs. Assuming Obama did, he'd be in good company.

    I've never heard Obama quote the bible. But he has some really nice things to about Muslims, Islam, their call to prayer, and what great people they are. I'm willing to bet that after he leaves the White House we find out he's another Sgt Brodie.

    Ah that's right you can only be a true Christian if you get up on a soapbox and quote bible versus for all to hear. No, just because he isn't a bible thumper idiot doesn't mean he isn't a Christian.

    It is amazing the comments from some anti American cons. Those folks should walk in front of moving traffic and make the world a better place.

    He wouldn't be the first us president to tell a fib about his religion for electability. Washington was a deist and didn't hold with churches and the trappings of faith. He rarely attended church at home but often did so abroad. . The nation demanded he attend and pay lip service. So he did.

    I'm not saying that is what Obama is doing, personally I think he's just a self hating liberal American, but pointing to church attendance is hardly a bright line test of faith.

    Steve's point was that you hear a lot about Islam from Obama, not anywhere near as much about Christianity from him. It sorta makes it difficult to believe that he really is one considering how Christianity is supposed to be a central focus of ones actions if one really is a believer. Although Obama being a faux Christian is really the least of my issues with him. heck, I would say Jimmy Carter was a devout Christian, but he was a terrible president.

    This must be an example of the Liberal committment to intellectual diversity I keep hearing so much about. Death to anyone they disagree with.

    His wife only recently started loving her country.

    and why is it practically everyone in the obama administration says "ISIL" when everyone else says "ISIS"? Ever notice that?

    As I have said many times here, if you have a problem with Obama being in the WH then you should vote against the GOP reps who have done nothing to remove him.
