You must be right. Your information is so impeccable that you don't need to post links for evidence. Yup. Nope. Just keep in mind that the US has performed far worse regarding COVID than any other country anywhere ever. We have 4% of the world's population and 20% of the deaths from COVID.

 

Sure it does. I am not going to debate whether or not wearing a mask is a good idea or not. I think it probably is, so on the rare occasions where I go out in public, I mask up, I ask (but do not tell) my wife to do the same, which she does, and I would make the same recommendation to anyone who might have occasion to ask me what I think.

However, I do not think it's appropriate for it to be mandated by law, and just to be clear, I'm speaking of Federal, State, and Local levels of government in the US of A. I couldn't care less what other countries do. But out of principal, and the basis that this is allegedly a free country, it is not the proper role of our (supposedly) limited government to make it a law. Advocate for it, suggest it, even make some of those stupid PSAs that I think are just a waste of money and are often spreading misinformation, whatever, just no laws. If you (generic) don't want to mask up, be my guest. I'm vaccinated and generally wear a mask, so I really don't care either way. If you get the 'rona because you didn't wear a mask, too bad, so sad. It's your funeral, not mine.
