He is afraid to put boots on the ground anywhere... he thinks technology can save us. Dropping a missile defense system on Putin's doorstep was not a great reset button moment. The tragedy here, is that Putin is outclassing us. That is what is embarrassing us. Being outclassed by a tyrant.
