Freedom of religion for white free people (i.e. men who own land). Seriously one of the most racist and misogynistic pieces of legislation in US history.
The United States is clearly founded upon White supremacy, and slavery. So, do you think those are ideal?
The question isn't which news stories are fake. The question is who/what did Trump call an enemy of the people.
Absolutely the question is which news stories are fake when Trump did not define what qualifies as "fake news." As HereWeGoAgain notes in post #131, Trump appears to define any news that he does not like as fake.
Take it up with this man.

I've already won the argument. Spin all you want it doesn't change the facts. The plenary power doctrine has been upheld time and again by SCOTUS. Judicial review of the executive and legislative branches when it comes to immigration is extremely limited in scope. Other than basic rights of life and liberty afforded to all human beings, non-US citizens do not have a right to be in the US for any reason. The judicial branch does not have the authority in this area to grant constitutional rights to non-citizens. Period. All of this is a temporary bump in the road towards the ruling that, as per Constitutional law and power granted to Congress, the judicial branch cannot stop the other two branches from imposing immigration bans.
Like your God Emperor said (immediately after losing before the 9th Circuit), "I'LL SEE YOU IN COURT."
Sorry that link did not work, V. Mr. T provided the correct one which you can cut and paste. Each time I try to incorporate it as a link...it truncates and does not work. It is an interesting article...and both sides of the issue can get something from it.
What a nice man. And yet they called him Bu(*)(*)(*)(*)ler. http://althouse.blogspot.com/2017/02/george-w-bush-is-blandly-noncommittal.html
