    I don't think you know what "willful retention" means. If he's illegally and willfully retaining said property, then yes, that means he stole it. You seem lost. You should learn logic 101 rather than relying on what the wannabe fascists have commanded you to believe.

    I was working on a snappy response to that nonsense, but I wasted time to go to the indictment to get the exact wording, and you beat me to it...

    unauthorzed possession of = stolen, or at the very least, accepting/receiving stolen property, but we know he made the decision to bring documents with him...

    No it doesn't. Trump isn't charged with stealing Classified docs, because he didn't steal classified docs. The docs that Biden was illegally in possession of, that date to his Senate days, were stolen.

    Biden has not been charged with stealing classified documents, largely because there is no evidence of intent. Trump IS charged with willfully retaining documents that don't belong to him . . . which is stealing.

    You're not refuting my point that nearly 60% if the American People think that Biden probably betrayed the American People by selling his office, you are trying to spin it away and comfort yourself with the false belief that the fact isn't important.

    He's charged with retaining the classified docs he stole.
