Frankfurt the worlds 20 something biggest banking sector... is in danger of moving to Switzerland completely, now that the EU has no banking centre strong enough to defend banking regulations from it.

Germany is looking good otherwise, without the UK, although it's tiny banking sector will suffer, politically, Turkey's allies in the EU just left.
So Germany will be able to get it's way on Turkish issues now inside the EU. Make all the running on that area of EU policy.

Switzerland and London however will continue to dominate European banking.

You cannot steal from them unless your army is big enough to conquer us.
