When Hillary lied about being under sniper fire, insulting our entire military by implying they're incompetiant MORONS, I wonder how many liberals thought what she said was inexcusable? And Trump didn't even say anythign racist anyway. Its astounding. The MSM is in full destruction mode. The bias is pathetic and disgusting.

Those who haven't already succumbed to the political correctness of the left; which leaves out most of the Republican establishment. I was a Gingrich supporter for VP, but admittedly, he has always been prone to shooting himself in the foot, and he certainly did in this case.

Any objective observer would know that the judge in the Trump University case is a liberal appointee of Obama, a Hispanic activist, and too biased to rule judicially in this case. All one has to do is to look at his affiliations and his actions on the case so far, but of course, that requires a degree of objectivity, which is a rare commodity these days.

Yes quite ironic that a group that screams they fight racism and bigotry applaud it when it furthers the agenda.

Fine.....let's see what Republican wants to be the Veep to a guy that the Republican Speaker of the House said engaged in "textbook racism."

And your proof of that is? Also given the FACT that none of the information that should have been redacted affects the facts that were released. So once again we have conservatives making claims with no factual basis on something that isn't pertinent to main point in order justify their ridiculous claims. Got you.

Do you know who would review the recusal request, to see if it had merit? I'll tell you who; the same judge being asked to recuse himself; Gonzalo Curiel.

It would be like asking Satan to recuse himself from being Satan.

Even more believable...at this point, I believe Trump could "let slip" the N-word against some African-American....

and they would defend Trump and say the African-American "knew a guy who knew a guy who knew a guy whose cousin's husband was a member of Tupac's entourage"....or something.

    :)

Really? So on APPEAL, a defendant can't use something like "denial of a recusal" to overturn a decision???

Then there would be no need to seal and redact the information... Sorry the Judge admitted it was a "mistake".

Are you saying the Judge is mistaken again by now redacting the information? How far are you willing to spin this?

Again the reason the document were resealed to redacted is the revealing of personal information (i.e. phone numbers, addresses etc. etc.). It is not germane to the issues in question in the lawsuit and is done in accordance with privacy restrictions. They is no information in those documents germane to the lawsuit that are being redacted just personal information. How hard is that to understand. I understand that you have to grasp and at anything but really...this is complete nonsense.

Again ad nauseum. The information is NOT GERMANE to the questions in the lawsuit. It is that personal information was not scrubbed from the documents. What about that do you not understand?

What difference does it make...none. Was it his mistake...no. Do you really believe a Federal Judge is going to personally review over 300+ documents to ensure that all the personal information is properly redacted. NO he is not. But again this has NOTHING to do with lawsuit or Trump's comments. It does not reveal any bias nor does it mean anything other than somebody's private information was potentially compromised. This is a nothing, nonsensical argument that only shows the desperation you have at trying to prove something that is not true.

But Curiel said he “mistakenly” listed some of the documents to be released in full, when they should have been edited to delete personal information, Politico reported.

    So yes HE is responsible....
