The thing he should realize, though, is that it ain't necessary for him to file lawsuits: a good show in front of a porno shop will do fine.
Moreover, that would spare a lot of people's money, US govt and taxpayers included.

This forum shows that many people believe there's evidence without a rational basis for that belief, since no one has provided one. Sidney Powell's "Kracken" suit has been much ballyhooed by internet pundits. It's basis has been torn to shreds, but that hasn't stopped the spread.
