Perhaps no eliminate government but you are on the right track. Start with the Military Oligopoly infused bureaucracy that currently eats up 1 Trillion dollars per year. That monster grew from 350 Billion to over 900 Billion in just 8 short years under the "limited Government Bush Conservatives".

Then we can move on to the Health Oligopoly infused bureaucracy which eats up another 1 Trillion per year.

The price of goods have increased while wages have remained flat. This is one reason.

The industrial revolution promised more goods with less labor ! Instead people work harder and earn less.

Something I rotten in the states of the USA.

They let them grow the food on their land..that is enough to deserve some compensation.
So,A landlord has to pay taxes on his property;maintain said property to be fit to live (running hot water,appliances,heating/cooling,etc..) and they deserve nothing for that, right?
I don't believe that statistic for a second. There are way too many farmers with large tracts of land and private city landowners for that to be true.

Why do they own the land in the first place? Nature provided the land for free. Wild animals get to use land without paying for it, so why should humans have to pay. Do you believe humans are less worthy of natures free gifts than wild animals? The fact is, landownership is just a government create privilege which allows title holders to exclude others from the natural opportunities nature provided. Humans have just as much right to use the earth for free as turtles do, but land titles where invented to remove that natural right; and allow some individuals to exclude other individuals from natures/gods free gifts.

Since landowners are using the power of government (force) to exclude the landless from the free gifts of nature, the compensation should be flowing the other way. Instead of the landless paying landowners for the landowners permission to live on this earth, it is the landowners who should be paying compensation to the landless whom are being excluded from their right to use what nature provided.. That is one of the goals of land value taxation, to make those who exclude others from natures free gifts pay compensation to those whose rights to use the earth are being violated.
You are confusing landowner income (rent) with the income of capital management (wages). The landowner might also be the capital manager, in which case his income is comprised of both rent and wages … but the landowners income is always unearned; this is why the landowner can live on the other side of the world but still receive his rent income. Furthermore, you can tax land rent at 100% of its value, and the land will not disappear, which proves that the landowner is not providing anything.

A 1978 survey showed that 75% of all privately owned land was concentrated into the hands of just 1% of the adult population. Which is still just plain stupid.
