    He never said there were favors needed for us selling them missiles. There was some related to handing out money, including making sure corruption was rooted out, much like Biden did.

    Because they can't issue subpoenas. If they would they could. a former senior oversight attorney for the House, who said the spate of subpoenas issued this month as part of Democrats’ impeachment inquiry is illegal.
