Biden was following national policy...which was consistent with EU policy swell as the IMF's, et al. The prosecutor was close to pro-Russian Ukrainian oligarchs who were holdovers from the pro-Russian regime. One such oligarch was Dmitry Firtash, who was collecting a "transit fee" for Russian natural gas transported through the Ukraine to Western Europe. That "license" had been given to him by the former pro-Russian Ukrainian President, who is now living in Moscow.
Biden never withheld any aid...although he and others, such as the IMF, threatened to do so if the prosecutor was not fired for FAILING to investigate the pro-Russian corruption. In response to the threat of aid being withheld, the prosecutor was fired by the Ukrainian President at that time, followed by confirmation of the firing by the Ukrainian Parliament.
However, if you want to investigate Biden, then show probable cause and have at it.
The second "favor" was for Ukraine to launch an investigation into Ukrainian interference in the 2016 U.S. election. That investigation had already been accomplished by the Mueller Report, whose results have been accepted by the current DoJ, FBI, CIA, NSC, et al. Trump himself accepted the results as "No Collusion!"
So, you tell me, if the Mueller Report proved to Trump there was "no collusion," why is he reopening the investigation?
