I'm not questioning there's an investigation. It's the numbers I was wondering about. Trump didn't put them anywhere. They were waiting on the other side of the border. They were scheduled to come in. The only difference is Biden is letting them in while being processed. The difference is one of technicality.

I agree, not sue why we can't just turn them back. This is the exact area where we need to work closely with Mexico to help prevent those people crossing even Mexico. It would make our job at the border more tenable.

I'll edit my previous comment to say that while which side of the border refugees await processing is a technicality, Biden has raised the numbers we will accept. At the moment I have no problem with that, but I'll reserve judgement until we get some data.

Inmate employment is a requirement within the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Except for those inmates who have been designated medically unable to work by Health Services or Psychology Services, all federal prisoners must maintain some form of employment throughout their incarceration.
