    Obviously. I never learned much about government while I was getting a masters degree in political science.

    This cartoon is beyond my comprehension apparently. :confuse:

    Quite true!

    Being that the video is nine minutes and twenty eight seconds long and you posted your first response within four minutes of the OP shows you have a pre-conceived notion of the jist of the video.

    You should get a refund for your GED... I mean masters.
