Hamas-linked CAIR pretends that Muslims are threatened by Christians praying

So, Hamas was created by Americans instead of just the Israelis? That's makes sense, considering the US-Israel-Hamas alliance against the nation of Palestine. The three stooges all seem to be sailing in the same boot.

 

Of course, that statement was made in relation to CAIR being named an unindicted co-conspirator/joint venturer in a case involving a Hamas charitable front (the Holy Land Foundation) that CAIR did raise funds for in the past.

 

Seems that the federal appeals court couldn't prove that. Yet, maybe the federal appeals court can prove that Israel supported Hamas in the past? It can probably prove that the US government supported Israel in the past too.

 

So, the Ikhwan are now Americans? Hilarious...

 

The court didn't prove or disprove anything, actually. It merely stated that the designation was "an untested allegation".

Here's another interesting tid-bit about CAIR:

"Dismissed with prejudice" means that the case is permanently dismissed.

 

That's old stuff dated back in 2005.

A federal appeals court removed the label for all parties and sealed the list on October 20, 2010, ruling the designation was the result of "simply an untested allegation of the Government, made in anticipation of a possible evidentiary dispute that never came to pass."

Once again, that "untested allegation" has to do with the HLF case, and the court's ruling and statement doesn't determine innocence or guilt. It's not hard to see why the government would designate CAIR an unindicted co-conspirator, given its incestuous relationship with the HLF, but I think it also can be said that the judge acted appropriately when he struck the list.

 

Expect a rant about semites being semites, hating semites therefore being semites .

 

The Jewish-Semites are the most hated, just look at the number of anti-Semitism post and forum blaming Jews and Israel for almost 90% of the world's problem even though the Jewish-Semites comprise only about 1 maybe 5% of the world's population.

I'm not anti-Zionist and I believe that Jews deserve to have a nice big homeland in all of Texas. Israel, next to Palestine, is just to small and some Jews will never be happy until Texas is all theirs. The sooner Texans leave the Lone Star for Jews, the sooner that Jews will find safety and security.

 

The appeals court decision is basically the same as the OJ Simpson and Casey Anthony decisions and millions more like them > Insuffcient Evidence (for now). So what ? So they didn't prove that CAIR was a coconspirator in the Hamas funding. OK.

At the same time, the US Justice Dept still claims that CAIR was that, and also is a Muslim Brotherhood front organization. The same Muslim Brotherhood that vows to destroy Western civilization from within. So if the US Justice Dept defines CAIR as a Muslim Brotherhood front, that's good enough for me, in addition to all I've read about CAIR, including more then 50 of their internal documents (intended to be shredded) which were stolen from them, and published (as well as the Muslim Brotherhood's Explanatory Memorandum declassified by USJ in 2009).

 

It is, the goal of the Muslim Brotherhood is destroy the west from within, the same as what CAIR tries to do by attempting to give Muslims in the US ubermenschen status which may not be mocked unlike others.

When Christians say prayer event they typically mean a peaceful gathering where they support eachother, share and pray.

I think Muslims hear 'prayer event' and automatically associate it with their actions - mob riots and violence.

It is not a crime to criticize anti-Semite slurs.

 

It is not uncommon for the far-right extreme to be horribly disgusted when remarks of anti-Semitism are criticized. Those who express racism utterly hate it when their racist writings are challenged. Yet, it doesn't take much to realize that racist writings are not criticized when they are not expressed.
