nope... whether or not trump stated he would exert executive privilege is irrelevant, because schiff never resubmitted with proper subpoenas to the judiciary, ergo trump never exerted privilege, ergo no obstruction...
the witnesses themselves are also irrelevant because they never testified during the house 'investigation' because schiff refused to allow anyone else to question them... even if he had, the witness testimony was all opinion...
