The Republicans Party is infested with moderates who just want to split the difference with the libs and hold on to power until they die.

It is conservatives who are taken for granted in the Republican Party.

Romney for instance is no conservative yet conservatives were expected to support him as our candidate.

Which most conservatives did.

Now I'm sure that some other darling of the left like Christie or Jeb Bush will want conservative support in 2016 even though they and the party elite despise conservatives.

Really? A couple of months ago cons were making fan threads about Christie, some were even saying they wanted him to run in 2016 if Obama won in 12. Now after he and Obama spend a week working on storm damage together you guys are trying to throw him under the bus.
McCarthy would be proud of his party today...

 

There are conservatives and there are conservatives.

Christie has his fans and he has his critics.

 

Critics who only became critics after he accepted aid from a perceived "political opponent" in a time of crises.

 

I agree and have been preaching the same thing for years. We need to cut spending in a logical and fair way and we also need revenue to help it is simple logic, but yet some are against it.

 

Spending is up a trillion dollars under Obama.

We are taxed enough.

We need to cut spending back to the level it was before Pelosi and the Democrats took over the House in2006.

 

Christie did more than accept aid.

He fawned over Obama and Springsteen as if they did something special for New Jersey when they didn't.

Obama was only doing what was already expected of him and did not deserve the lavish praise Christie gave him.

Christie went far beyond where he should have.

He was pandering to the libs in his state probably hoping they will not rip him apart when he runs for re-election.

 

christie did a great job of helping his constituents and his approval numbers reflect that

If you think Christie is so great then be sure to vote for him in the 2016 primary and the general election if he gets that far.

Politicians do things for reasons. Christie is no different...and he will pay. If the politician can have motive then the people can have motives too. I want someone who will stand up to evil...not cave in to it...or embrace it.

 

Compared to Bush who took a month long vacation at his ranch right after Katrina hit, and took 8 weeks total to visit New Orleans? Yeah, Obama deserved a (*)(*)(*)(*) load of praise compared to that response.

But if you like Christie so much be sure and vote for him in 2016 every time you see his name on the ballot.
