I don't see that as a problem if you don't see "men" competing with women in a swimming competition as a problem.

I'm not sure what you mean. It seems like many schools have criteria that transgender students must follow before participating in sports such as testosterone suppressant therapy or having levels below a certain amount. I'm not aware of any cases where a male wakes up one day, identifies as a female and competes in their gender class.

TX has some serious laws on the books for cheating in high school sports, especially football, and mostly in the cases of which school they play for, changing their residence. Working out of Ft. Hood, I would read the local papers and it was big news.

What is misguided is believing women can somehow compete with "men" physically. What unfair advantage does an older woman present by playing basketball against younger women?

The federal government teaches them to cheat through affirmative action. The MSM teach them to do it when they applaud cross dressing men winning girls swimming tournaments. State/federal government teach them to do it when they force HUD housing for criminals/welfare rats into flourishing conservative suburban communities. Cheating is the defining characteristic of the modern progressive movement.

The bottom line is that it is fueled by envy. Evil entities with power use the envy of people who are disinterested in bettering themselves or society and simply want handouts. It is effective and it is cheating.
