If he was doing private legal counsel while working as Chief of Staff that could be another violation of the law. That is what the Foster scandal was all about and the cover up.

Still with the same old meme........

$2.2 billion dollars for upgrading security and the State Dept is just sitting on it? Why? They could have easily provided the Bengazhi counsulate with some real secuirty, but didn't. For the sake of the four dead men and their families I hope the House Oversight Committee can get a handle on what really happened and why State was just sitting on the moneyt instead of using it on what it was allocated for....additional security. Hillary Clinton really need to resign or get fired. This is all on her watch and she owns it.

I was Cheryl Mills and no, she is her subordinate, not her legal counsel, so attorney - client privilege doesn't apply, but that is what the State Department is using as an excuse not to release to the House Select Committee.

They've never manufactured their own scandals.

So the first major campaign ad for the presumed democratic presidential nominee is an ad about her email scandal. This doesn't bode well for democrats. If your first ad is attacking the republican house majority leader and the Benghazi committee, who isn't running for president, then you are in trouble. Not to mention you are bringing more attention to the scandal you created.

So I don't know about you, but even if the republicans did create the Benghazi Select Committee for the sole political purpose of bringing down Hillary Clinton, then the worst you can say about that is that the committee, so far, is doing it's job. Because regardless of what they do find out about Benghazi and what went wrong, they have exposed Clinton to a federal FBI criminal investigation into her self inflicted stupid decision to conduct government business of what would obviously be classified communications in the position that she held as Secretary of State on a private server on her own property. She is definitely in the sights of FBI investigators and could be facing a multitude of criminal felony charges for her lapse in judgement and her careless handling of classified information.

So, she won't listen to a long trusted advisor to hire a criminal defense lawyer and her unlikable factor is 60%. People think that she is a liar. And as Atkinson pointed out, long time democrats, women and blacks that she knows, are thinking of crossing over to vote for Donald Trump.

No it was Vince Foster trying to clean up the Madison Guaranty scandal while serving as the legal council to the President. That would be illegal and the frantic efforts to remove documents form his office in the White House by Mills and other staff. And yes the current claim of attorney-client privilege will be laughed out of court.

It was Mills hustling documents from his office huh? I'd forgotten that. It's like a mafia organization and
Cheryl Mills is the clean up crew.

Hillary Clinton, the smartest woman in the world, is covered in slime up to her armpits. The nasty news just keeps oozing out like a festering boil on the butt of a infected whore. I hope the democrats can drag her bloodied campaign across the finish line so she can be the general election candidate. The airwaves will be filled with Clinton's classified emails and nefariously questionable deals with foreign governments being shaken down by her husband and his so called "charitable" foundation.

Dripping, oozing, whatever? How long before the Benghazi Select Committee, having uncovered the crimes regarding Hillary Clinton's criminal email activities, drag the Clinton's criminal shake down operation known as the Clinton Foundation into the limelight? Perhaps President Trump will have them finally put into jail where they belong.

Yes she was part of the crew. That is where the Rose Law Firm billing records that were under a subpoena were and of course they were later found on the dinning room table in the Clinton's living quarters in the White House with his and her fingerprints and writing on them despite her claims she didn't have them nor knew of their whereabouts.

Foster was counsel to the PRESIDENT, not the Clinton's. His doing her private legal work in his office of Counsel to the President was a violation of the law. Add that to the legal problems with Rose/Madison in which the Hillary had entangled him, recall Webb Hubble went to prison over the same issue, and is illegal cover up in which he and Hillary were engaged tends to lead to why he committed suicide.

I don't believe for a minute that he committed suicide. Didn't he make a dental appointment earlier in the day? Something like that. Oh well, we'll never know I guess. I think someone got away with murder.

I believe the Benghazi committee was created for non-political reasons. Clinton and White House pressed the narrative that the attack was triggered by a video -- for weeks after they knew it was a planned terrorist attack. They were inviting investigation with their secrecy and evasiveness. They got it.

Still, your analysis is 100% correct. The committee exposed the existence of Hillary's private server, and all the potential criminal charges that might follow. Anyone can say what they want but the committee is doing their job.

Is Hillary really the right woman to be the first woman President of the United States? Hoping to capitalize on women's issues and bring in a large voting block based on gender, the women's vote, Hillary is campaigning as a champion for women.

But what is her actual record? Many young women of today have not been around or are informed about the Clinton's and their record on women's issues. Many younger women do not know much about Bill Clinton's affairs, the "bimbo eruptions", and Hillary's role in quashing and destroying the women accusers of Bill sexual indiscretions, assaults, and rapes.

Hillary Clinton has a very bad record on women's issues besides being an enabler for the Assaulter in Chief, her husband Bill Clinton. She has a poor record on equal pay for women, and has accepted tens of millions of dollars for her corrupt and questionable "charitable" Clinton Foundation from foreign governments who have abusive human rights records regarding their treatment of women. That all will be covered in future posts.

All available evidence suggests that this was an unfortunate suicide. When first questioned by police, his wife asked whether he had shot himself in the mouth. The investigating officer was taken aback because indeed Foster had eaten his revolver. It turned out that the Fosters had recently viewed a movie that featured a suicide by that method.

The death of Foster was also investigated by Ken Starr, no Clinton puppet he, and Starr also concluded that it was a suicide.

Foster was a good guy. He was a consummate lawyer who had set records in his bar exam results, but got caught up with the wrong crowd, and found himself unable to handle the resulting stress.

Why does she keep on lying? She just keeps getting caught in lie after lie. And this isn't the republicans catching her. It's the Department of State.

The e-mail issue, like the (*)(*)(*)(*)-show Benghazi investigation, is a non-starter. Neither will produce actionable results, and they are simply a waste of taxpayer dollars.

There are more than enough reasons not to vote for Hillary Clinton, no sense chasing wild geese.

Now the FBI is after the servers of the State Department! The dragnet is getting wider. I don't think the Clinton campaign can blame this on republicans or the Benghazi Committee.

Hahahahahahaha! Now Clinton defenders are worried about government spending! Over $18,000,000,000,000.00 in debt! Did it bother you when $6,000,000,000.00 went missing from the State Department under Hiliary?

I'm not a Clinton supporter. I think she is a terrible person who has made awful decisions consistently throughout her career, and I would never endorse her for any major position.

Oozing, dripping, new email accounts, new server back up companies, State Dept. servers seized by the FBI, and now Platte River employees talk of covering up "some shaddy..." starts with an "s" ends in "t". Today has been a busy day uncovering the Clinton email cover-up. But I'm sure it's all much ado about nothing. Just because some classified email went up into the cloud and was floating around several companies and lawyers none of whom had any security clearances whatsoever doesn't mean the Hillary Clinton did anything wrong. You have to show intent, right?

Oh my. Another story about Hillary's emails? This thing is really looking fishy. How could the GOP have laid such an elaborate trap for Hillary just for the purposes of hurting her presidential aspirations and raising money for GOP coffers?

Caught in yet another lie, it appears as though Secretary of State Hiliary Clinton did in fact forward classified emails to colleagues according to new emails released to the Benghazi Select Committee. She also appears to have been involved in some influence peddling and corruption by lining up contracts between the new Libyan government and contractors that her long time confidant Sydney Blumenthal had a stake in representing in negotiations. Naughty, naughty.

And the blood letting continues for the doomed presidential aspirations of Hillary Clinton. Oozing, dripping, leaking, seizing, hacking, lying, evading, hiding presidential campaign. I've never in my life seen a more wounded candidate try to pass as a legitimate and viable candidate. Anyone else would have dropped off much earlier in the interest of the country. But Hillary doesn't have the interest of the country at heart, she only has her own self-interests which is greed and power.

Could someone who has been so irresponsible with national security be entrusted to be President of the United States? Really? Far from just being a partisan attack as Hilliary Clinton's campaign claims, this is a criminal dereliction of duty to secure national security secrets by someone who having been a senator and a First Lady should know better. I don't see anyone disputing my posts lately...cat got your tongue?

The media as well as late night comedy shows were completely merciless to Governor Sarah Palin but show no sign of even being slightly critical of the stupidity of Hiliary Clinton. This article is spot on when it comes to (democrat) woman's privilege. Remember how voraciously the press gobbled up every single Palin email that she sent as governor of Alaska? Remember how her private email was hacked? Yet the liberal media shows little interest in the explosive revelations of late coming out of the latest releases of Hiliary Clinton's emails. Anyone else would have been forced out of the race long before now.
