She isn't an idiot. Nor was it "thoughtless". She developed her own private infrastructure under her complete control to carry out her duties. It was far from thoughtless... it was its antithesis... it was a thoughtful way to conduct abuse of her position. It was a well laid plan. "Ooops" doesn't cover it.

    Question for Hillary

IF you didn't use your email to send and receive classified information how did you send and receive classified information? Was information hand delivered?

    This thing is so stupid.

She says she never sent or received anything marked "confidential" or "top secret". That's because foreign heads of state and their intelligence agencies would send e-mails directly to her, then the document would go to a bureaucrat to get classified/stamped.

It was her freakin job to protect sensitive information, even before it was stamped.

    Ughhhhhh!

Bingo......Yes, these very corrupt-to-the-core people like Clintons knows exactly what they're doing at all times, what they want and how to go about getting it.....

They get caught and we hear Bill growl "I did not have sex w/that woman" and Hill babbles "I just didn't stop and think...."

I really think this Hillary & her emails saga to get ugly.......

most gov employees use private email, there was not a rule against it then or now....

I do think it's time to ban it for ALL government employees and all gov employees should have to turn all their emails over to the government immediately for security and classified classification

and of course we want stats on all those emails, what was found, ect....

What "abuse of her position" was there?
Was it her intent to have these four particular men killed in Benghazi, all along?

How many of you actually know enough about email to run a server or even understand what "private email server" entails?

Do you think that Hillary just picked up a copy of Microsoft Exchange while she was shopping at Walmart or something?

She's not the first high-level federal executive to use a private email address. It might be discouraged, but it's not against the law. The presence of classified material, especially retroactively classified material does not in and of itself constitute a crime.

We'll be sure to pass your concerns on to the FBI :roflol:

She was the Secretary of State, third in line to the presidency, she is not most government executives

They should have stuck with their Benghazi attacks because this email server hysteria smacks of desperation and panic but the average voter doesn't really give a (*)(*)(*)(*) anyway since they know that the nsa already spies on everything and everyone.
It's just more impotent partisan hysteria.
I'd rather be entertained by Trump's antics these days.

the above quote reflects the Democrat voter. Hillary is their only hope at retaining the WH and nothing else matters.

At least Democrat voters are consistent about that.

I applaud her team for now trying this message because it's basically 2 messages in one

1: It's Bush' fault because the world was on fire

2: my bad, but did you read message 1

IMO, the message will work as the quoted post is reflective of the party loyalty of the Democrat voter

Had Ms. Clinton simply used the Secure Government System, it wouldn't matter if the classified eMails were marked classified or not. Once she made the choice to set up her own private system, she assumed the responsibility to make absolutely sure there was NO classified material sent, received or stored on it.

I'm still amazed that some will still defend the private server. The law is cut and dried. But IMO the real issue is liberals think that it is OK to break laws.

We'll know if she committed a crime after Congress hauls her imperious ass before hearings where she will be forced to provide truthful testimony.

But one thing is clear -- this absent-minded, old ex-"hippie chick" from the 60's had absolutely no understanding of what even a Top Secret Security Clearance involves, and, as the Secretary of State of the United States, her security clearance was FAR higher than that!

For her to blithely gush out some crap about how she "didn't stop and think" is even worse than if she had said that she had simply disregarded national security protocol and that everybody can just kiss her ass if they don't like it!

The hyperliberal Left in this country easily forgets that the United States no longer has a hammerlock on power in the world. We have alienated and angered a country that grows more powerful militarily every single day, and their leader is expert in all matters having to do with intelligence-gathering, espionage, and the leveraging of political/military equations. Meanwhile, under both Idiot Bush and Idiot Obama, we Americans have been living in a little dream-world with that gaggle of other idiots who masquerade as the "leaders" of Europe, but all are under the control of central-bankers.

That man I'm talking about is Vladimir Putin! A man with years of experience in Russian Intelligence, a man with a Ph.D. in Economics, and a man who has brought Russia back from rotten ruin during the past fifteen years to become, once again, the greatest threat to the United States in history.

But hyperlibs would actually vote for a negligent, frankly STUPID, incompetent old bag like Hillary Clinton? Under any circumstances? WHY?! You really want to put Hillary Clinton in any kind of match-up versus a man like Vladimir Putin?! :roflol:

[IMG] "Please, Lord, let the Americans elect Hillary Clinton!"

I do on both counts. Mostly because my son is an IT person himself.

Let's put it a different way. How about if Bush went out and bought himself a private server, maybe even had them in a loft apartment with the servers in a bathroom or something. This private server was set apart from the official government ones and did not have the same security measures guarding it nor government oversight watching what was on it. Let's also say that Bush started sending classified documents on said e-mail - and that it was discovered he was doing so.

What would the typical liberal response to this scenario be? "Bush is a criminal, impeach!" would pretty much be it. Followed by "Why did he get his own private server? What was he trying to hide? And did he deliberatley have this secret server in order to flush state secrets elsewhere without government oversight? What kind of damage did he do to national security? Is this perhaps treason?" And honestly, had he done this, I'd be against his doing it as well. We have enough issues with the the Chinese, Russians, et al without some dolt going out of their way to make looking at confidential information that much easier.

Two things: First, the SoS is expected to have a higher sense of security, professionalism, and decorum, especially regarding security issues, than the rest of us plebes who maybe ARE getting our tech from Wal-Mart. That's part of the trade-off for getting paid the big bucks, free rent and flying about the world on our dime. Secondly, and this is more important in the long run, the issue really isn't about Hillary being a first-class dunce so much as it is another example in a VERY long list of examples as to why she can't be trusted with the Oval Office if we can't even trust her to tell the truth on anything at all. I don't understand why Dems are still out these shilling for Hilla when they really ought to be supporting Sanders or pushing hard for Biden.

The Secretary of State is fourth in line to the Presidency, one would expect that a person in that position would understand what was classified or not with out a rubber stamp on it. If she doesn't then she would have no business as Secretary of State let alone President.
