I would absolutely love a full independent signature verification recount. In every state.

Let me ask you something. In Georgia the republicans spanked the democrats EXCEPT for in the three most important seats. Across Georgia the republicans destroyed the democrats consistently in county after county. Even in Cobb county which is a heavily democrat district 70/30 the republicans won multiple seats and the ones they did lose they lost by 6% or less (except for one seat).

Let’s take trump out of the mix because I’m sure you’ll just say everyone hated trump. Do you HONESTLY believe that all of those voters voted Republican up and down the ballots throughout Georgia, even in heavily democrat areas, and then suddenly changed their minds when they got to the three most important choices on the ballot? Be serious right now.

and this didn’t happen just in Georgia. It happened in EVERY single battleground state Trump lost in. Every single one. Without exception. Hell New Hampshire had a CLEAN SWEEP of republicans by like 8 or more percentage points but Trump lost? Get serious.

Why do you presume I'm religious? I'm an originalist, and I pointed out that the SCOTUS ruled flag burning was protected by the 1st A ... though that isn't how it's written. You agree with the SCOTUS ruling. So you, like Joe Biden and the radicals he'll pack the SCOTUS with, will wipe your butts with constitution before you'll uphold it.

The Dems won 6 of the 14 US House seats that Ga has, including all of the ones in the most populated districts.

Here are the results for Cobb County, no where close to the clean sweep you claim.

    https://results.enr.clarityelections.com/GA/Cobb/105403/web.264614/#/summary?v=271286/

Keep in mind also that all of these in-state districts are gerrymandered to reach the desired outcome.

I didn’t say they had a clean sweep in Georgia. I said they had a clean sweep in NH and I’m referring to state level seats in that reference.

As for Georgia losing that many house seats when you win both senate seats and the presidency is an asswhoopin. But it’s really not. What happened is that those house seats didn’t get cheated like the senate and presidency did. I’m not aware of any election in history where a party won so decisively up and down the ballots and then lost both the senate and presidency.

It’s also the only elections we’ve had in history with mass mail in voting that opened the door and provided cover for massive amounts of fraud. Funny how those two things happened at the same time.

That is how it is written.

Even those on SCOTUS that voted against allowing flag burning did so not because of how the 1st was written but because they felt the flag should be given special consideration and exempted from the 1st.

Writing for the dissent, Justice Stevens argued that the flag's unique status as a symbol of national unity outweighed "symbolic speech" concerns, and thus, the government could lawfully prohibit flag burning.

You clearly have no clue what you are talking about. If you are going to play stupid gotcha games, you will have to educate yourself first.

No, not a fan of Biden. I have never said I support adding more members to the court. If you are going to just make up things I said, why even bother to post?

I was happy, actually very pleasantly surprised by Trump's first two picks for SCOTUS. You know nothing about me, all you know is that I do not agree with you 100% of the time so I have to be the enemy.

    How boring.

    :roflol:

    Big deal.:bored:

"Ticket-Splitting" has been a Common Practice in the USA ever since Bi-Partisan Elections (for multiple offices on the same ticket) have existed.

Is that FACT actually "news" to you?
    Really?

Anyway, it seems 100% LOGICAL that someone like Trump (an extremely unpopular person, with high negatives, and who had alienated millions of voters) would be exactly the sort of person that could alienate a certain group of GOP voters to vote against Trump (while voting for the GOP in down-ballot races).

^Even a Blind Man could have seen the 2020 "Ticket-Splitting" phenomenon.

Here is just one (of many) examples in a swing state:

They rejected Trump, but stuck with Republicans down-ballot. Meet Pa.’s ticket splitters

    https://whyy.org/articles/they-reje...icans-down-ballot-meet-pa-s-ticket-splitters/

Anyway, these election-related posts are WAY off-topic in a thread about the Supreme Court.:bored:

Once again feel free to start a separate thread in either the Elections or Conspiracy Sections.

Besides, the entire topic that you are hijacking the thread with has beaten to death for months at PF.

And, your "talking points" have already been dismantled on multiple levels (and in several threads) months ago.

Once again, will anybody join me in even attempting to get this thread back on topic?

Once again, what is the big deal with this "Commission" if everybody ALREADY knows that any attempt at "Court-packing" is DOA in The Senate (and a Complete non-starter)?

Why the **** would they not cheat for the House seats as well. That makes no sense at all.

Here is the breakdown of the HN House of Reps. Does not really look like a clean sweep to me.

Well I have a theory, if they won EVERYTHING it would be obvious. And moreover if my theory is correct they had a lot of ballots to sign and fill out. They wouldn’t have filled every single ballot all the way down out simply because of a time v man hour problem. Hence why we had a record number of people who didn’t fill out the down ballot. And shockingly most of it was mail in voting.

I’ll be back and forth I have to start working now... or 20 min ago lol

Take the envelopes with the signatures on them and compare those signatures to the registration records signatures. You should have as many unique envelopes with unique signatures that match voting records as you do mail in ballots.

why do you post things you know are not true? There was no fraud in the 2020 election. Democrats did not steal anything. Every single investigation, most of which by trumps own people, showed you this. So again, why do you post things you know are not true?

    I agree Jack.
There simply are not enough votes in The Senate to make it happen.

Thus, the Entire issue is MOOT.

The number WILL Stay at 9.

and who pays for the insanely large manpower required to do this in a reasonable time frame? Also, you'd have to demonstrate a need to do this. As there was no fraud in the 2020 election, there is no need to do this.

Some right wing rag makes a claim, and the right in this country looses the ever loving minds about it. The right wing outrage machine is getting laughable. This will never happen, there may be one or two dems talking about it, but they have not taken action on it, but by all means, lets get all worked up about a something that isnt going to happen.

Republicans are becoming the party of the National Enquirer.....

Hey republicans.....Micheal Jackson is running for senate.....discuss......

If you want an argument on that point, you'll need to find someone else. The difference, as I have already pointed out, is that Mitch operated within existing law and rules of the Senate. The Dems will need to change the law to get what they want. I don't think they have the votes.

I mean we kinda need it to. Our constitution is too short. We would need to rework the entire constitution in order for it not to.

I'm against packing the Court. But see, big drama by the right wingers here ("the sky is falling, Democrats are in power") because today Nancy Pelosi shut down this idea and said she won't bring it to the floor for a vote.

I have said from the beginning they don't have the votes, but I enjoy highlighting their whining hypocrisy.

Thats what HR1 does. We no longer have to worry about Republicans stealing any more elections through fraud (see FL) or disenfranchisement / gerrymandering.
