    You don’t have a clue what you’re saying. Did you know FDR, Kennedy, and Johnson used the FBI and IRS to obtain info and harass political rivals? And that was just some of their abuses. But the media doesn’t report stuff like this on lefties.

    The subponeas weren't legal because they hadn't authorized the inquiry at the time. Now, they could draft some new subponeas but I highly doubt that'll happen. Intellectual integrity is not the Pelosi/Nadler/Schiff way of conducting this affair.

    Right, right, there needn't be a 'crime' for impeachment. We threw that criteria away too. And with it, the Framers intent for a non-political impeachment down the drain.

    These Democratic crimes were covered in the first day of “witness” testimony this week. All four witnesses (three Democratic and one Republican) agreed that under the current standard for impeaching Trump, many other presidents should have been impeached for behavior worse than anything Trump may have committed. They specifically named Washington, Lincoln, FDR, Kennedy, Johnson, and Obama.
