They absolutely must investigate this possibility, the West harbouring war criminals is one of the biggest problems Africa have, billions in public funds are stolen while the people starve. I would very much like to see something done about it.
Thats one reason I generally oppose foreign aid. The elites get the money and the people remain in the same situation. The whole "blackhawk down" incident was a war lord refusing to give food to starving people. And Omar comes here and talks smack about our military that went there to end a famine.
