As excited as I am to see this get real consideration, I'm pessimistic about it making it through the Senate.

 

not a budget bill, therefore cannot be passed through reconciliation.

that means it needs 60 votes in the Senate.

the only way this bill gets 60 votes in the Senate is if the GOP offers the Dems something they want.

otherwise its DOA
