Or collect taxes from the hyper price until they force Congress to get spending under control.
As it is we have "Borrow more money from me and spend it on the business that i bought, not built".

Start with pork barrel. Two senators alone chalked up over $1.5 billion.

As we come to expect from the GOP House bomb throwers, they have come to destroy. They have ZERO interest in governing, they just want to tear the whole thing down. One just has to follow MTG's latest stunt to oust the Speaker. 10 House GOP members voted with her, so Johnson needed Dem's help to stay in his seat.

This is, however, part of the long term GOP strategy. They obstruct governing, to show everyone that government is dysfunctional, so they can claim government is dysfunctional and needs to be cut down. It's a self-fulfilling prophecy, and, unfortunately, their voters fall for it over and over again, as we can see in this thread, their voters essentially approve of these stunts.

comparing this president to the last... I get it, your last guy sucks... too bad, we still compare him to the current President, especially as he is running against the current President in 2024, Give it a break already, the Trump admin set a Precedent, deal with it

No services need to be given up. They just need to be sent to the states as the constitution requires where they belong and where government is closer to the people. What needs to be removed from federal government? That's easy. The answer is everything except what the departments of defense, treasury, justice, state and homeland security do.

LOL. Democrats have been setting precedents for decades and then get their panties in a wad when it is done back to them.

Your post seems to be a diversion from the topic.

This is a government of We The People.
The House holds the purse strings.
Congress holds the Executive Branch accountable through the budget process, or should.
I applaud the long overdue stirrings of what they should have been doing, all along.

I think that our budget is so out of control, that I don't think that Congress knew that we were funding the creation of new and deadly viruses at the Labs that the Chi-Coms use for their Bioweapons programs, until the virus escaped and killed 7 million people. We deserve better.

    The world deserves better.
