    I realize it's probably going to vary to some degree based on what type of meat, but for the most part, what is your favorite way of preparing meat?

    Medium Rare is my favorite.

    To the rare side of medium but a little more done than medium rare. When eating out I order medium because medium rare is too unpredictable from cook to cook. I have ordered medium rare that was still cold and raw on the inside before and then they got pissy with me when I sent it back :omg:

    I like pan-fried meat and have it medium rare to medium depending on what cut and type of meat it is. Some meats like kangaroo and venison need to be rare to medium rare though, otherwise they go dry and stringy.
